Hello everyone, I have really been stressed out lately, especially this week. I am supposed to have Nick tomorrow, the 3rd, at 3pm, but as usual, I have had my time with him cut donw to just under 24 hours. I have to have him back by Saturday at 8am so he can get back n time to go to the circus with Don, who only just bought the tickets on last Friday, 5 days ago. I can't wait to get into the custody fight, so we can get this over with!!
Yes, I may not have talked to everyone, I am fed up with all the blocking of the visitation time I have been asking for, this will be the fifth time he has interfered, so I said lets go get 'em!!!
I am asking for a mental health evaluation of all of us, they will see me alone, then me with Nick and Nick alone and Don with Nick and then they will give their recommendations. It costs about $5,000 and we are asking for Don to pay half, which I am sure he won't, but if I win custody then he will have to pay me back for half.
I had my interview with Salt Lake on the 30th and am waiting for a week or tow they said, before I will find out the results. This job will be primarily in Pocatello, so I will live there, and I would be over the clinic in Ogden and Logan (when they build that one). Not a single person has looked at my house in 8 weeks. It is on a virtual tour on the internet and in the colored magazines that come out this month and Marti was so kind to put an add in the Nickel's worth for me, and I am praying very hard.
Tomorrow morning the 3rd, I go in for a hydascan, with IV contrast dye, I have never had that. They are looking at the functioning of my gall bladder and pancreas, liver, and kidneys (I think) and then next week on the 10th I will be having an endoscope(down the throat) to look for the reason I am having some bleeding, not visible, but blood work shows low hgb and hct.
Not to worry though, I am fine, and the Lord is watching over me.
Enough already!! LOL

Hi Kris - You're doing the right thing, to fight Don on all this interference and foolishness. He's acting exactly as you could have predicted. Just what you need - more stress in your life! Please let us know how your hydrascan and endoscope tests come out - we don't like the sound of you have "some bleeding"!!
That's a bummer that your house hasn't shown yet -- just shows what a slow market is out there. That was a good idea that Marti put an ad in the Nickels Worth here---snowbirds may be looking for a vacation/winter home. Does your realtor plan to have an open house sometime?

Why can't Don meet you halfway when you get to see Nick? Seems like that should be part of the agreement.

We're going over to Marti & David's for bbq and fireworks at Liberty Lake tonight. Wish you could all be there too.
